Sam Heredia – Music Director. With more than 12 years as leader of Viol Consort, Mr. Heredia has a Master degree in performance, and more than one PhD in violin teaching. His knowledge of harmony turned him into musical arranger for string quartet. He has performed as a soloist worldwide and is part of various chamber ensembles. Co-principal Violinist of Valley Symphony Orchestra and Head of McAllen String Acadmy. Mr. Heredia plays Violin and Viola.
Sarah Torres – Ceremony Music Designer and Coordinator. Mrs. Torres has a bachelor degree on violin and is currently finishing her Master in performance at UTRGV. With a great taste for nice elegant music, she would help you on putting together your songs for your big day.
Abran Garcia – Ceremony and Reception Coordinator. Well known for his exquisite musical sense, Mr. Garcia has won competitions for solo cello. His vast knowledge of the repertoire of Viol Consort, makes him a great coordinator for your ceremony and reception whatever your style is… Modern, Classic, Elegant etc.etc.
Israel Cantu – Cello – Assitant Manager. An expert from any genre of music and audio skills make him a versatile musician.
Miguel Gutierrez – Violin and Viola. Musician with multiple skills, articulating the sounds of cello and melting an exquisite sound with melodies of the violins. Mr. Gutierrez has an extensive career as a chamber musician, making him a key part of Viol Consort.
Carlos Perales – Traditional Ceremony and String trio Coordinator. Mr. Perales made his degree in violin at University of Texas Panamerican, currently plays with the Valley Symphony Orchestra as first violin and has extensive experience in religious and social events.
Alexis Ayala – Violist. A Prominent Musician from UTRGV. Mr. Ayala has excellent composition skills, and possesses a beloved viola sound… sweet and confident.
Kayla Villarreal – Vioin. Miss Villarreal is a former Student of UTRGV with a Bachelor Degree on Performance and Music Education. Her fine timbre with character, labels the most beautiful melodies for any type of event and grouping.
Misael Luna – Cello. One of the best students of Dr Janssen at UTRGV. Gifted with a prominent future.
